Shipping policy

At Bespoke Custom Creations, we take pride in everything we make. Since all of our products are made at the time of purchase, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We ship orders out every Saturday morning and local deliveries are conducted every Sunday. 

Currently we only ship within the United States.

If you live outside of the United States, we can offer shipping on a case by case basis with a custom order. Please contact us for support.

Since all of our products are made in our offices at the time of purchase, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Add up to 3 business days for priority mail and up to 5 business days for first class mail. Note that postal times may be extended due to COVID 19 and these issues are outside of our control.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please let us know immediately and we can initiate package tracing with the post office.

Returns and exchanges

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk of COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent with our competitors and recommended by the CDC. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or contains the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at upgrademe@b3spokecustom.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address all issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In order to protect our employees and you, the customer, from any additional risk of COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice.

Customization Services

Yes and the process is quick and easy.

1. Make sure you start with a file that is at least 300 DPI and at least 900 pixels in width.

2. Click the CUSTOMIZE menu to access our Product Designer

3. Select the product you would like to place your image on

4. Click the images tab and upload your image. Using the designer, you can add text, and clipart to your image.

It's that simple!

Yes, we have templates in our Product Designer that allow you to create exactly the design you want. Choose from 100 different templates to get just the shirt you want!

You can also use software like Canva to design your shirt. Simply save it as an SVG file and upload it using the Product Designer.

As we build out our repository of customization items, we still have you covered. Simple fill out our Customization Design Request form and let us know the item you want customized.
